Once you have established the selection criteria based on the benchmark results in Step 1, create a Hiring Project in the Selection Portal for the position under consideration to select the attributes critical to the role.

Create a Benchmark in the Selection Portal

Select the Assessments to be used for this position.  Start with the Behaviors and Motivators Index and include the relavent Soft Skills through an Axiology Index.

Establish the selection criteria you will use to evaluate candidates in one of two ways:

Utilize a Benchmark Assessment (typically the manager of the position) to answer how the ideal candidate should respond and how critical to the job each soft skill or behavior is. 

Have top performers take the Assessment you will have the candidates take and utilize their results as input to define selection criteria.

Establish Criteria for Candidate Evaluation

Create codes for the Assessments to be used and generate the link to send candidates to take the online Assessments.
